The Pattern

You're trained to care for others. This program helps you care for your own life with the same skill and intention.

Healthcare providers are trained to function under pressure, make high-stakes decisions, and keep going even when the demands are intense. Add new parenthood — or the transition into it — and staying connected to the life you actually want can get hard fast.

You may be feeling the strain of limited time for family and relationships, growing pressure from administration around productivity, and a quiet disconnection from the satisfaction you once expected this profession to offer.

Thriving Healthcare Professionals was created to help you change that.

This layered format helps you move beyond understanding your patterns and into changing how you respond under stress — at work, at home, and in your closest relationships. Weekly training — one hour of group support, one hour of app-based teaching in short recorded segments

Meet Coach Sue Ellen

A Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach and Transformational Life Coach with more than 40 years of experience as an RN and Family Clinical Nurse Specialist, and a certified transformational life coach through the Brave Thinking Institute.

Her work helps parents move from stress and anxiety toward confidence, clarity, and connection — shifting the inner narrative from "this is so hard" to "this is a challenge, and I am the right person to meet it."

She has supported families in both hospital and community mental health settings, helping them build stronger partnerships, more time freedom, and deeper connection at home. As a parent of six, raising a family alongside the demands of a surgeon husband's career, she brings lived experience as well as clinical expertise to this work.
